Shipping: The Heavy Lifting is on Us
At Campfire Ninja, we’ve focused on and invested in a quality shipping and logistics network. This investment helps ensure you get the world's finest outdoor gear, delivered to your home.
- Free Shipping Offers: When advertised as a promotion, free freight shipping applies to Cowboy Cauldron purchases across our standard Canadian shipping zones. Any active shipping promotions will be automatically reflected at checkout.
- Accessory Shipping: Due to the specialized nature of freight logistics, orders containing accessories alongside a Cauldron may incur a nominal additional shipping fee (typically $25–$30) at checkout. This covers the individual handling and tracking of smaller components that may ship separately from the main pallet.
- White-Glove LTL Network: We work exclusively with a curated group of specialized Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers experienced in handling over-sized, high-value steel products.
- Residential Tailgate Delivery: Every Cauldron shipment includes a lift-gate service. The driver will safely lower your palletized Cauldron from the truck to the curb or driveway of your residence—no loading dock required.
- Insured Transit: Every shipment is insured from our warehouse to your sanctuary. In the event of damage, Campfire Ninja manages the insurance claim process and any applicable deductibles to ensure you are taken care of.
- Shipping Zones & Remote Areas: We currently ship to the 10 Canadian provinces. While we offer free shipping to the vast majority of these households, certain "Beyond Point" or restricted-access locations (such as remote islands) may incur a freight surcharge. If your address falls into a high-cost remote zone, we will contact you with a transparent quote for the difference before processing your order. Please note: We do not currently offer automated checkout for the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.
Inspection & Damage Protocol
Because these items are shipped via professional freight, we ask that you inspect the boxes and pallet upon arrival.
- Note Damage on Signing: In the rare event of visible damage to the packaging, please note "Damaged upon delivery" on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
- Photo Documentation: If damage is noticed, please take multiple photos of the packaging and the product from various angles. Send these photos immediately to campfireninja@gmail.com so we can begin the resolution process.
Returns & Exchanges
We work directly with our manufacturers to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
- Time Frame: Customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- Condition of Products: Products can be returned even if slightly used, provided they have been cared for reasonably.
- Proof of Issue: For any claim regarding damage, we require multiple photos to be sent to campfireninja@gmail.com.
- Resolution: We offer both refunds and exchanges. The final resolution is determined after consultation with the manufacturer to ensure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
- Return Shipping & Fees:
- Damaged/Defective Items: We do not charge restocking fees or shipping costs for returns due to verified manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
- Buyer’s Remorse: For returns due to a change of heart, a 10% restocking fee applies. Campfire Ninja will assist in booking the return LTL freight. The cost of this return shipping and the restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.
